Net Positive Consortium Named a Finalist for 2025 Wealth Management Industry Awards

We are thrilled to share that the Net Positive Consortium has been named a finalist for Corporate Social Responsibility in the 2025 WealthManagement.com Industry Awards.

This recognition is a validation of the purpose and progress being made among the many wealth management firms who are part of the Consortium. It’s a signal that our industry is ready for a redefinition of success that includes not just AUM, but human-first impact.

The Consortium was created from the belief that financial firms have both the power and responsibility to leave the world better than they found it. NPC brings together like-minded leaders who are committed to creating measurable, lasting impact across five key areas: Teams, Clients, Communities, the Industry, and the Planet.

We’re honored to stand among this year’s impressive finalists:

  • Brighton Jones – B Corp Designation
  • Cambridge Investment Research – Next Step® Internship
  • FinServ Foundation – Young Advisor Development Program
  • FSC Wealth Advisors – HER Wealth Program
  • Osaic – LIFE Financial Literacy Pathways & Osaic Foundation
  • Panoramix – Carbon Neutral Program
  • Raymond James – Ready for School Program
  • The Haverford Trust Company – Internship Program
  • Thornburg Investment Management – Power of Partnership

Congratulations to each of these organizations for the work they’re doing to create a more inclusive, responsible, and forward-looking profession. The diversity of initiatives represented, from sustainability and financial literacy to mentorship and community outreach, reminds us that there are many ways to be a force for good.

Why This Recognition Matters

This nomination reflects the collective efforts of dozens of advisory firms, partners, and service providers that have chosen to participate in the Net Positive Consortium.

Together, we’re working to build a framework that empowers firms of any size to align their growth with purpose. Being “net positive” requires intention, not perfection. It is about giving more than we take, and sharing what we learn to help the entire industry move forward.

This finalist recognition is for every firm that’s hosted a financial literacy workshop, planted trees on Earth Day, created more inclusive hiring practices, supported a local food bank, or guided clients toward philanthropic giving. It’s for the belief that wealth is a tool for transformation and that advisory firms can be engines of meaningful change.

We’re grateful to the judges at WealthManagement.com for recognizing this work, and even more grateful to our Consortium members for bringing this vision to life.
